Five things your retreat
must pass
Every retreat on our directory has passed all five criteria. We don't give partial credit and we don't make exceptions for operators we like. The criteria apply equally to our own house retreat in Rishikesh.

How it works if
you apply
Submit your retreat
Fill in the form below with your retreat details, teacher credentials, pricing, and at least three independent review sources we can cross-reference. Takes around 15 minutes.
We review — independently
We research your retreat using public sources and your submission. We may request additional documentation or ask follow-up questions. This process takes 5–10 working days. We do not rush it.
We'll let you know either way
If your retreat passes all five criteria, we'll publish a full editorial listing. If it doesn't, we'll tell you specifically why — so you know exactly what to address before reapplying.
Your listing is published
We write the editorial copy ourselves, in our voice, based on facts. You don't write your own listing — this protects the integrity of our editorial. You can review for factual accuracy.
What we don't do

Is there a fee to be listed?
No. There is no charge to apply, no charge to be listed, and no ongoing fee. Our listings are editorial, not commercial.
Can I update my listing after it's published?
Yes — send us an email with factual corrections (dates, prices, teacher changes) and we'll update within 5 working days. We don't accept requests to change editorial tone or opinions.
What if my retreat doesn't pass all five criteria?
We'll tell you specifically which criteria weren't met and why. You're welcome to reapply once you've addressed them. We don't hold failed applications against future submissions.
Do you accept retreats that aren't women-only?
In limited cases — if the retreat uses women-centred facilitation methods and has strong evidence of positive outcomes for women guests specifically. Mixed retreats face a higher bar.
How long does a listing stay live?
Indefinitely, unless the retreat closes, credentials can no longer be verified, or we receive sustained evidence of a quality decline. We review flagged listings within 10 working days.
Can I request a "Visited" badge?
Visited badges are assigned when a member of our team attends a retreat. You cannot pay for this to happen. We prioritise in-person visits for highly-rated retreats in our core destinations.
